DELIVERY OPTIONS AND PRICES

General Information

CherryShrimps.co.uk reserves the right to amend orders placed with incorrect delivery options without prior notice. We are not responsible for delays or missing parcels due to Customs/Security checks or severe weather conditions. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error is caused by us.


Shipping for Dry Goods

We offer worldwide shipping for dry goods. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at info@cherryshrimps.co.uk, and we will arrange a bespoke courier service.


UK Orders (Including Northern Ireland)


Dry Goods:


– Depending on your order, we may use Royal Mail First Class service or a selected courier to deliver your items.
– Dispatch Times: Orders placed before 2 pm (Monday-Thursday) will be dispatched the same day, subject to stock availability. Orders placed after 2 pm on Fridays or over the weekend will be dispatched on the next working Monday.
– Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification. You can track your order (if a tracking number is provided) through the My Account section under Order History.


Live Stock Orders:


– All live stock orders (e.g., shrimp or snails) will be shipped using Royal Mail Special Delivery (Guaranteed Next Working Day by 1 pm) or a similar express courier service.
– Neocaridina Cherry Shrimp Orders: These will be shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 24, with postage calculated at checkout.
– Combined Orders: If your order includes both live stock and dry goods, we will use UPS, which requires a 24-hour booking notice. Shipping for such orders is limited to Monday through Thursday.
– Delivery Scheduling: Please contact us or leave a note with your preferred delivery date when placing a live stock order. We will not ship live stock without confirming your preferred delivery date.
– Saturday Delivery: An additional charge of £5 applies for Saturday delivery of live stock.

International Orders

We ship dry goods worldwide. However, due to Brexit, parcels sent to European Union countries and the Republic of Ireland are now considered international orders and may be subject to import taxes or duties.

Note: We only ship live shrimp to UK & Northern Ireland addresses at this time. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout. If your country is not listed, please contact us at info@cherryshrimps.co.uk for a bespoke shipping service.

RETURNS POLICY

We accept returns of unwanted items within 28 days of receipt. However, products must be returned in a sealed condition to prevent contamination. If the seal is broken, we cannot accept the return.

For live shrimp orders, please refer to our Live on Arrival Guarantee section.

Please Note: We do not cover return postage costs under any circumstances.
