Dead on Arrival Reporting Policy

In the rare event that your shrimp arrive Dead on Arrival, we ask that you notify us via email within 1 hour of signing for your package. To process your claim, please provide the following within 2 hours of receiving the shipment:

One clear photo of the deceased shrimp in its original, unopened breather bag.

All images must be clear and undistorted to ensure we can assess the situation properly. Claims without clear photographic evidence cannot be processed.

Please note that failure to sign for the package on the agreed delivery date will void the DOA claim. Once we receive satisfactory evidence, we will quickly issue a refund for the shrimp. However, postage costs are non-refundable under any circumstances.
